Premier Appraisal Services has been providing residential appraisal services to Courtice and the surrounding area for over 15 years. Courtice is situated within the Municipality of Clarington on the eastern side of Durham Region. Courtice is one of Clarington's largest communities with new residential development taking place in several different locations. It was announced the the Go Transit Lakeshore East line will be extended to Bowmanville with Clarington gaining two new stations scheduled to be opened in 2024. Highlights in Courtice include an Olympic sized ice rink and an NFL sized turf field. Courtice is also the home of the Clarington speed skating club and a large community complex.
